We stand behind the workmanship and quality of our products. We double check the quality of our products before shipping out. However, if you find a defect, please notify us within 5 days and we will exchange your purchase. The item must be returned in its unused original condition and packaging for an exchange. We will NOT accept merchandise which has been worn or damaged. Exchanges or store credit will be issued once we confirm and/or receive the defective item. You must contact us before sending back the item to arrange the exchange and re-shipping. We do not offer refunds. Please understand that due to hygienic reasons, we do not provide preference exchanges or refunds. So please, verify your purchases before checkout. Thank you.  Please closely supervise when using our items on babies and toddlers as some items contain small parts and may pose choking hazards. Sugary Bubbly is not responsible and accepts no liability for injury caused by any of the items.
